We are looking for sophomores and juniors interested in a Construction Management career. Ideally, you’ll begin at Monadnock the summer after your sophomore year, when you’ll explore the different roles within general contracting and construction management by rotating through departments and receiving the same skills training we offer employees. In the second year, you’ll get on-the-job training within a specific discipline. An individual mentor will help guide you along the way.
